Tangent Thinking
Tangent Thinking aims to improve thinking through three routes: Educational, Commercial and Community.
Educational
Teaching all humans how to Think Better, no matter what age!
Think Up
Working with kids to add good thinking skills to their toolkit for life!
Thinking skills can be taught and developed just like our maths or English skills, but are rarely part of our school curriculums.
Delivering specific sessions on a variety of topics, e.g.:
- Unintended Consequences
- Seeing the bigger picture
- Making smart choices (leverage points)
- Systems Thinking Practitioner Apprenticeship
Systems Thinking Practitioner Apprenticeship
Carolina is the Lead Tutor for the delivery of the Systems Thinking Practitioner Apprenticeship provided by the JGA Group.
This is a Masters level course (Level 7), and covers a wide range of topics and Systems Approaches, as set by the IfATE Standard.
Commercial
Facilitation of Thinking Spaces
Carolina facilitates with a difference! A Thinking Space is inclusive, encouraging, flexible and warm, with a general aim of finding out about a problem, issue or situation.
This may be finding out in order to develop business strategy, to decide on the priority of market or feature development, or to understand more about an issue or problem.
It can also have no agenda at all – just a safe space to work together to generate ideas, surface differences or take the ‘temperature’ of the internal culture.
Thinking Spaces can also be 1-2-1, facilitating good thinking and clarity amidst everyday uncertainty and stress.
