Parent & Stroller Hyper Walking - ONLINE! All classes are temporarily suspended due to personal commitments. New plans are in progress for January 05. Apologies for any inconvenience. You may have seen us doing our bit about Colchester, maybe Castle Park, and you're interested to find out "What on earth are those mad people up to??"? Well you've come to the right place!!
What has Hyper Walking got to do with me? Walking can be a fun and comfortable form of exercise that is easily achieved and maintained by the majority of the population. It is easily accessible, requires little skill and is an excellent way of improving health and fitness. Hyper Walking is a class you can bring your little one in a pushchair, pram or tandem buggy, so no need to arrange a childminder! In this class you will learn the correct walking technique and the various levels of walking in order to improve muscular strength and/or endurance. Some attention will also be given to improving posture and flexibility, all of which you can try at home. The class is conducted in an enjoyable atmosphere with games and activities to get you motivated. When and Where Can I Find You? All classes are temporarily suspended due to personal commitments.
